Help Us Reach Our Year End Goal!
You helped us reach our Giving Tuesday goal by raising $25,000 for patients and families facing cancer. Help us DOUBLE THE IMPACT by joining together to raise another $25,000 before the end of the year to help fund our operational expenses such as our “National Patient Services & Support Center” office space, our CPA, bookkeeper, and attorney expenses, etc. all of which help us increase patient access to specialists and advanced treatments.
We Fight For Patrick
This cause is close to home for the Pacific Ridge Hockey players as their Alumnus Patrick O'Donnell is living with brain cancer. Patrick was the 2020 Championship-winning goaltender for the Pacific Ridge School Firebirds before being diagnosed with brain cancer last year.
Patrick's mother Anne O’Donnell said, "Patrick, Hugh, and I were asked by the high school hockey team organizers of the NHL's Hockey Fights Cancer event who we would like to benefit from the fundraising, and we chose End Brain Cancer for all you do and did for us when we needed key information, resources, and leads to Doctors and second opinions."
Over 1,800 people facing brain cancer, a brain tumor, or metastatic disease to the brain received direct guidance and support from the End Brain Cancer Initiative and we reached over 18 million last year via our Disease Education, Awareness & Outreach Programs. Reaching our year end goal of raising another $25,000 will ensure that more than 220 additional patients can receive free one-on-one support from the End Brain Cancer Initiative next year, including access to potentially life-saving treatments and resources.
By supporting the End Brain Cancer Initiative, you will help people like Patrick O’Donnell have access to specialists, advanced treatments & clinical trials for this devastating disease.
