Glioblastoma
This is a highly aggressive and malignant type of astrocytoma, the most common type of brain tumor. Glioblastomas are typically fast-growing and can spread quickly throughout the brain. They are difficult to treat and have a poor prognosis, with an average survival time of less than two years.

PCNSL
Primary CNS Lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare and aggressive form of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma that originates in the central nervous system (CNS), including the brain, eyes (ocular lymphoma), and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), without systemic involvement at diagnosis. Advances in treatment, particularly the introduction of high-dose methotrexate (HD-MTX)-based chemotherapy, have significantly improved patient outcomes over the past few decades. However, PCNSL remains a challenging disease due to its relapse potential and neurological complications, and research is actively ongoing to develop more effective and less toxic treatment strategies.
