  • Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Giving: A donor-advised fund is a philanthropic tool that allows an individual to contribute funds and securities to a special account today and receive the tax deduction in the current tax year, and yet, maintain control over who receives the donation and when. When you are ready to disburse the funds to the charity, just let the DAF Sponsor know how much to send. These can also be established as a regular recurring donation.
  • Legacy Giving/Planned Giving: A legacy gift is a bequest contained in your last will and testament and can be for a specific amount, a percentage of the estate, or a specific piece of property. You can also list the EndBrainCancer Initiative (formerly Chris Elliott Fund EIN 26-2185614) as a beneficiary to a life insurance policy or even a 401(k) account.

The EndBrainCancer Initiative / Chris Elliott Fund believes advocating for patients should not be a financial burden. As a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization, we provide all of our services 100% free of charge to all Patients, Caregivers and their Families. The only way we are able to do this is through the kindness and philanthropic support of our donors. Currently we average more than 7,500 inquiries per month. The need and demand significantly exceeds our current capacity. Your financial support can make a vital difference in the life of a brain cancer patient and his or her family.
